Single Session is a focused one-on-one session built around one track or one clear production problem.

6-Hour Deep Dive is a multi-session format built around deeper feedback, workflow, direction, and practical next steps.

V. Scheduling

After purchase, you will receive follow-up communication to schedule the session or confirm next steps.

Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

You are responsible for checking your email and responding with the information needed to schedule or prepare for the session.

VI. Time Enforcement

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

Late arrival does not extend session duration.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may be treated as a completed session.

Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests may also be treated as completed sessions.

VII. Scope of Work

ATVMXXI provides feedback, analysis, direction, examples, workflow explanation, and creative guidance.

You may send your track, question, reference, or exact issue before the session.

ATVMXXI reviews the problem and shows how it would be approached through personal workflow, examples, and project logic.

ATVMXXI does not finish tracks, complete projects, edit full productions on your behalf, or perform ghost production services.

VIII. User Responsibility

You are responsible for arriving prepared.

You should know the basic operation of your DAW before booking a session.

You are responsible for applying the feedback, direction, and next steps after the session.

Results depend on your own practice, decision-making, and execution.

IX. Submitted Materials

If you submit tracks, links, project notes, references, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them with ATVMXXI for review.

Submitted materials are used only for the purpose of reviewing, discussing, preparing for, or providing the purchased service or requested communication.

ATVMXXI does not claim ownership of your submitted music or creative work.

You remain responsible for any samples, vocals, collaborations, third-party materials, or copyrighted content included in your submitted work.

X. Results Disclaimer

No specific outcome is guaranteed.

ATVMXXI does not guarantee release placement, playlist placement, label interest, audience growth, income, streaming results, or professional opportunities.

The purpose of the service is to provide honest feedback, direction, and practical clarity.

XI. 140 BPM Room Submissions

Music submitted for 140 BPM Room, playlist consideration, or related curation is reviewed at ATVMXXI’s discretion.

Submission does not guarantee placement, response, support, repost, release, or future collaboration.

Music is selected by fit, not by payment or pressure.

Submitting music does not transfer ownership of your music to ATVMXXI.

XII. Clothing and Physical Products

Physical products are handled under the applicable product description, shipping policy, and refund policy.

Please review size, color, product information, shipping details, and policies before completing checkout.

Some products may be made to order, prepared after purchase, or produced in limited quantities.

ATVMXXI may update, discontinue, restock, or remove products at its discretion.
